Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage is a related technology that can remember a choice on your device. This policy describes the current SecretLub website.
What the current site uses
- sessionid — essential session cookie: connects your browser to the server-side shopping bag and, for authorised staff, their signed-in CMS session. The configured lifetime is up to 30 days; a session may end sooner.
- csrftoken — security cookie: helps protect submitted forms from cross-site request forgery. It is set when needed and is configured to expire after approximately one year, unless renewed or deleted earlier.
- secretlub-age-ok — local storage: remembers the age confirmation on this browser. It has no automatic expiry and remains until you clear site storage or the application changes it. It is not shared across devices.
Analytics and advertising
The current site does not load analytics cookies, advertising pixels, social tracking widgets or optional marketing cookies. Essential session and security storage is used to provide requested functionality. If optional tracking is added, it must remain disabled until any required consent is obtained, with a way to change that choice.
Payment-provider storage
Viva.com checkout is not currently integrated. If activated later, its hosted payment service may use its own security and payment storage under the provider's notices. This policy will be reviewed before that change.
Your browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser's site settings. Clearing them may empty the bag, sign you out or make the age prompt appear again. Blocking essential storage may prevent checkout or CMS login from working. Policy and contact pages can be read without completing the age prompt.
