Online payment is not enabled on secretlub.com. The checkout records your request so availability, delivery and payment arrangements can be confirmed. It does not ask for card details or charge you. Do not treat an order reference as a payment receipt.

Planned Viva.com Smart Checkout

Viva.com is the intended online payment provider, subject to account approval, configuration and activation. This page does not state that Viva.com has approved the store. Once enabled, a clearly labelled payment action will take you to Viva.com's hosted checkout, where you enter your payment details.

Only the cards, wallets or other methods displayed in the active checkout will be available. We do not currently promise a particular card network, wallet, instalment plan, bank-transfer service or cash-on-delivery option.

Currency and final amount

The store currently displays EUR. Applicable taxes, shipping and the complete total must be confirmed before you authorise a payment. An amount marked "To confirm" is not included as a guaranteed free service. Any currency-conversion charge from your own bank is governed by your agreement with that provider.

Security

Never email card numbers, security codes, account passwords or one-time verification codes to SecretLub. Use only a payment method and amount that have been clearly agreed through a verified channel. Contact us if you are unsure about a payment request.
