Current order-request service

The website currently records order requests only. Submitting a request does not confirm dispatch, payment or a delivery date.

Destinations, charges and delivery times

Contact us with your destination and product enquiry. Before an order is accepted, we will confirm whether delivery is available, the carrier, the shipping charge, any applicable taxes and the expected dispatch and delivery timeframe. A checkout line reading "To confirm" is not an offer of free delivery. Published fixed shipping zones and rates are not yet available.

Packaging

Accepted physical-product orders are intended to use plain outer packaging. Required carrier or customs documentation may still contain legally required information. Any specific delivery arrangement will be confirmed with you.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address and contact details carefully. Use Contact Us promptly if a correction is needed or a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. An address change may no longer be possible after dispatch. We will investigate with the carrier; your mandatory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

Cancellations and returns

Ask us to cancel an unaccepted request if you no longer want to proceed. After an order is accepted, applicable cancellation and withdrawal rights are explained in Returns & Refunds. Do not send a parcel to an address that has not been confirmed for returns.
