This policy explains how information is handled when you browse secretlub.com, send an enquiry or submit an order request.

Who to contact

SecretLub is the store name. Contact the site operator through Contact Us for privacy questions or rights requests. The operator's full legal identity and registered address still need to be completed before commercial launch; this notice currently describes the preview site's operation.

Information we collect

• Contact and delivery details you submit: name, email, optional phone number and postal address.
• Your selected products, quantities, order reference, order status and messages you choose to send.
• Technical security data such as IP address, request time, browser information and server logs.
• Essential browser storage described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for health information, sexual orientation or intimate photographs. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in order notes or emails. The current website does not collect payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Why we use it

We use contact and order information to respond to enquiries and take steps at your request before an agreement, and to perform an accepted order where applicable. We use limited technical data for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and reliable operation, balanced against your rights. Records needed to meet accounting or other legal duties are processed on the basis of those duties. We do not currently run a marketing mailing list or advertising profiling.

Who may receive it

Authorised store staff and technical administrators may access information needed for their work. The site is hosted on an OVHcloud server. Email correspondence sent to info@secretlub.com is handled through Zoho Mail. Earlier correspondence sent to info.secretlub@gmail.com remains handled through Google's email service. A carrier will receive delivery details only when an accepted order is arranged. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it.

Viva.com does not process payments through the current preview checkout. Before an integration is activated, this notice will be updated to explain the payment data shared and Viva.com's role. Service providers may operate internationally; provider locations and any required transfer safeguards must be confirmed as part of the final commercial setup. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as needed to deal with your request, manage any accepted order, resolve disputes or meet legal retention duties. Retention periods depend on the record and applicable law; the final business retention schedule must be confirmed before launch. Access is restricted and the site uses HTTPS. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Any consent-based processing can be stopped by withdrawing consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. We may ask for proportionate identity verification and will respond within the applicable legal period, normally one month.

You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Contact us first if you would like us to investigate a concern.

Children and updates

The store is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate. Changes to this notice will be published here with an updated date.
